Our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Homestead Miami South was comfortable. The location was perfect for us, near the freeway and on our route to Key Largo. The room was clean and comfortable with great beds. All of the staff we encountered were friendly.
Jackie was an absolute sweetheart!!! 10/10, this is one of the best UTA hotels by far. She gave me a goodie bag with water and a cookie! Give this woman a raise she deserves it, and thank you to whoever came up with the goodie bag idea!!!! Absolutely awesome, the breakfast is really good here too, free breakfast, waffle makers, mmmmm!!!!!
Before I go any further in detail, I want to give a big thanks and appreciations to the front desk personnel. Particularly Vee and the young lady who worked during the day time when I stayed. These two will be one of the primary reasons why I will definitely stay there again. Their consideration and help really spoke volumes. Also, the rooms were clean and the location was very convenient with multiple shops and stores within walking distance.
In the area to enjoy a night of lobstering and this hotel was a perfect fit. Easy to access from the turnpike and located in the perfect location for fishing Biscayne Bay and getting down to Islamorada for some bridge fishing. Easy check in and check out, staff were professional and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast helped alleviate morning hunger . Room was clean and spacious and room attendant was very responsive when we needed extra towels. Will definitely be back. Thank you for making our trip a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Room was decent, had loose outlets and the shower rod was loose so the curtain couldn't stay where it needed to seal water in the shower. I didn't eat their continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff was very personable.
Clean, spacious rooms, pool was good despite construction, staff was friendly and attentive. Location was good. Pricey but I would stay here again.
Great service, nice rooms, and it had everything you need around it. The traffic is really bad but it’s also bad all over S. FL…. But overall for the money, this place is great.
Nice hotel. They have the new self-pay check out for food and drinks by the front desk. Do you need a parking permit for the parking lot so it doesn’t get towed. I would stay there again.
